    Edit: I see now that you're talking about your macro split of 50% - 20% -30%.

    I'm sure you already know the dangers of maintaining a BF% that low.......

    Plz don't take offense to my reply I couldn't agree more w you and it's not something I intend on maintaining budz.
    However amazed at how good I'm feeling though !

    Training really well blood sugars + ggn good...
    all in all considered Feeling good but continually cycling my F.I macros ect

    Yeah, not to be a d*ck but it doesn't sound or look too healthy....You kind of remind me of a friend I knew who was heavy and then lost all this weight...Once he became thin he was like obsessed and would never eat too many calories or too much fat in fear of becoming fat again...Does that sound like you?

    Anyhow, it took a lot of convincing on my part that he needs to ease of a bit and start doing things the right way and the healthy way....You can still be super lean and in better shape at a higher weight...Don't worry, as long as you keep on it you will never become FAT again...

    I can stay between 5-6% at 200....It's possible to gain weight and still be lean
