so what should I do about bloating? good diet? why would the bloating cause extreme pain, and such fast growth of the breast? the water retention went away after about a week.

This thread was very hard to follow. Bloating can be alleviated by cutting sodium out and drinking a ton of water. You may want to get your hormones checked.
