I heard you shouldn't go heavy while on PCT to avoid losing gains, I'd like to get an idea just about how much of your max you should go? 80%? 50%? For example my dumbbell shoulder press is 55lb x8 ... so would i do 40lb?

i always went lighter weight with hi reps and worked my way up to heavier weights
