    Decline bench vs. flat bench

I was talking to a buddy at the gym and he said he only does decline bench instead of flat bench? Does anyone do this as well and what are the benefits of doing decline? And why?

This thread has been done repeatedly.... Try using the search function.... I will link you l8r to a good decline bench discussion....

I used decline a fair bit... DB Decline engages more muscle finer in the pectorals than any other movement
