    yeah training took kinda second place for a couple of weeks, the way I see it, you stop training for three months etc etc, its 4 times as hard to get back, and lose muscle, the way i do it is keep on training bro !(even twice a week is better than nothing), its dual purpose, it keeps you going and it reminds the Mrs that you attend .


    Once you establish your freedom / personal time in the gym its usually sorted for a long time.
