yes yes guys hope everyones cycles going good
i noticed today that the side view of my bicep is rubbish
the inside of my biceps are developed well, no fat and have some vascularity
now on the outer side it just looks flat
can you guys give me some tips, what am i doing wrong?
basically my bicep workout is 4sets of alternating curls, final set is 45kg for 5reps
machine preacher curls 100kg for 5 reps
my biceps dont have a huge peak but the muscle is long
