I was under the impression that you are able to use a mass gaining routine while cutting, as you are on calorie deficit you will start to loose the fat and lean up. I know that you will not be able to make gains.
I like hitting the 8-12 rep range on my workout or less reps generally, i dont want to do the 15 reps per excercise as i want to keep using same weights
Would that be ok or is it best to tailor the workout to different goals?
