    heating gear?

Would running my gear under hot tap water do any damage, I've seen everyone say just leave it under your arm for a few minutes but some mornings I'm in a rush for work and just run my loaded syringe under hot water.

So on Jan 16, your stats were 6'2 and 191 pounds and you were asking for information on making a meal plan. I assume this was because judging by your current stats you wanted to gain some weight and your current meal plan wasn't doing this for you.

Then on Jan 21 your had a completed meal plan which looks pretty good and would make you have some solid gains.

Now your asking about heating up gear which would probably mean your on AAS.

My question is why rush the AAS? Your meal plan would have helped you build a solid base before going on AAS, so why didn't you just gain naturally for a while longer instead of just jumping on gear?

Also you joined last month and you profile says your 22, but you claim to be 25, whats up with that?

I've never heated anything I've used. Use proper size pin and there shouldn't be problems...

Aw dude if you had of stalked my profile harder you would have realized I been on course for almost 10 weeks now. I tried the meal plan and was losing weight, after three weeks of eating clean carbs and muscle wasting i have since then I've seen a doctor a nutritionalist and a dietician and all have given me the heads up on some terrible info ive been given on some forums. Thanks for being super f@cLing annoying and all that but I was asking for an answer to a question not critique on my personal choices. So yeah good day scotts I'm sure someone will praise you for you rock solid criticism skills and youll feel like a true forum hero. Your a champ mate and yes I'm 25, by the way thanks for the happy birthday! Anyway you've wasted enough of my time

Will you please expound upon this statement? If you have received poor advice it would be a very good idea to point it out. There is also the fact that most doctors, nutritionalists and dietitians are not familiar with AAS beyond the very basic scope of concepts. For example my girlfriend is a Registered Dietitian and her knowledge in the realm of AAS is very poor, simply because they are not taught about it in detail, nor do they encounter it very often in their work.

Scotts brings up valid points. I'd like to ask the same questions but he beat me to it. So, you never answered his question concerning your age. Want to clear that up? And let's hear about your current diet if you don't mind.

hahaha your such a child dude, anytime you get advice you don't like you throw a little hissy fit like a little girl. I was just asking an honest question of why you decided to rush your cycle. Instead of answering my question like an adult you threw a temper tantrum like you always do.

Also you talk about "muscle wastage" like you have a chronic disease and do not have control over this. Its called sticking to a proper diet plan genius. If your just getting "terrible advice" form the forums why do you even come here? Probably just to troll.

Let him cycle if he wants, just dont help him...and i recall his other thread too, if he thinks muscle wasting right now is an issue, wait until he gains like 2-3 lbs from a poor cycle and looses more after pct and ****s his life up...he will be here asking for advice again..good luck.

Lol you got no clue I've already gained 14kg 3 weeks after finishing my dbol it's actually funny how some of the blokes on here think they know more than doctors? Anyway if you call that a temper tantrum, you blokes haven't been around the block. And I said it before I never RUSHED into a course after getting what you call "sound advice" I was 5 weeks in last time and I'm Now 9 weeks in. So I am not rushing into sh*t. I got it covered champ, I'm just curious about heating gear not about what you think my cycle should be. I've got trusted sources for that hence the reason why I no longer ask about how to take my hear.

I dont' think you can make "hear"... but it was funny...

Ask your doc.. for me i always heat my oils... draw, put under running water, then change the barrel and inject as normal.. good luck..

maybe your doc will tell you the same information, or not, we know they don't warm before injecting in a clinic..

    wtf is a kg?? jk..

righttttt, so lets get this straight. your 9 weeks into your cycle and you only weigh 191 pounds at 6'2? This makes sense because you only sorted out your diet 4 weeks ago, meaning you were running a 5 cycle with no clue about what to eat.

Also you have gained 14kg so far hey? So that means you started your cycle at roughly 160 lbs?? You don't consider that rushing into a cycle??

You still haven't answered the question about what poor advice you received here that your doctors have debunked. And I have serious problems believing you have gained over 30 pounds in what, around eight weeks? Especially given how small you are to begin with. Your biggest problem is that you are too objective. You've obtained very little knowledge about diet, exercise and steroids and yet you have a habit of stating incorrect information and then getting very defensive when people who do know what they're talking about correct you. It's a common mistake but you need to take a backseat and soak up the information you want before trying to get behind the debate podium.

But again, please tell us what wrong advice you received here that your doctor, nutritionalist and dietitian "proved" to be wrong.

Too bad you're not gona keep a single pound, in fact, you're gona end up smaller than you were when you started. Funny how some of the blokes on here think they know more than the experienced guys here do. You rushed into your cycle before fixing you diet issues & before you were of a safer age & now you're gona regret it.........FACT. I know you're so proud of yourself right now, but that pride will subside when you end up even smaller than your Avi (which is startling small btw) & possibly need Viagra, Zoloft & a Psychiatrist for the rest of your life.
