How to avoid hairloss?

Im doing a 10week sus250 cycle on monday. I have armidex as my Ai and nolva and clomid for PCT. What do i need in order to avoid hairloss? I dont understand what the items are people are refering to? Are they shampoo or are they actualy injections??? Or is it food??. This is the only thing holding me back lol. Also im not prone to hairloss and it doesnt run in my family. In fact my hair grows back so thick and fast i have to get it cut every 4-5 weeks lol. But still, better to be safe then sorry.

minoxidil 5% hair sprays, you should be able to get them off the shelf at a pharmacy. finasteride 1mg tablet is sold under the brand name propecia. you may need a prescription for that.

I would try Nizoral , SPiro and minox before you take Finasteride or Duta.. Those compounds can really jack you up. I was on fina for 8 years I know. Ive been off for mb 4 years now and found other natural ways to block DHT which is keeping my hair even on 750 test.

I have not run things like Tren winny ETC. I stay with test deca and var.

Exactly. If you are not prone to MPB, you should have no reason to worry about it regardless of using anabolics.

i noticed a thinning spot on both sides after my cycle of win, funny thing is hairloss is not common in my genes.

I have been taking Finasteride for 6 yrs and still on, it just heps you retain what hair u got on top. I havent experienced any problems so far

You get finasteride from a doctor's prescription, then go to pharmacy and buy them. minoxidil u dont need precription.

I had bloodwork done over my 8 years on Fin and everytime my estrogen was around 200 with a high range of 70. My Free T was always low as well but i think that was genetic. Anyhow Fin def works but i felt the high E over 8 years was not a good thing, plus libido problems, stomach fat that was impossible to get rid of "didnt cycle back when i was on propecia".

I would come off fin as well and re get blood work and sure enougn my E would return to normal range.

For the last few years though ive maintained even on cycles following these guys protocol.

Test converts to DHT via the 5 Alpha Reductase Enzyme. 5Ar is throughout the body (except muscle) and has a high concentration in the scalp. Therefore hair loss if your prone to it. Propecia, etc can come with their own set of problems. You can try natural blockers if your so inclined. Soy isoflavones, Saw Palmetto, etc.

I am on fin right now and on minox as well. I going to start a test p cycle, taking a risk. did ur hair stay on when u cycled or will my hair still fall?

Typically the increased death of hair follicles from an increase in DHT will be permanent if it goes too long without being treated. From my personal experience there is a window of opportunity to restore your hair before the follicles completely die, for example after my last cycle the hair on the top/front of my head became noticeably thinner, and it was not until after that cycle had finished that I started using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. Luckily for me, Nioxin restored all that I had lost and has maintained ever since. This was about a year and a half ago.

I know I need some Test in my cycles (I do right?) but I'm wondering if I should just lower the dose super low. I'm going to try the Nioxin but what should I use if I'm very sensitive to Test in terms of hair loss?
