Can someone help me understand HCG dosage and use?

I know what it's for and everything but I just want to know the mixing part of it. I read that you mix it with bac water (sp)? What's that? How do you do it? Can you get it pre-mixed or is this standard procedure? Is this the same with HGH?

Bac water u can google and buy not illegal. No they won't come premixed it has to be I'n fridge so assuming u have a10iu vial then u wud put 1 cc of Bac water I'n vial (slowly) and gently move vial side to side till dissolved then u get a insulin needle and it Shud say 5-10-15-20 fill needle up to desired iu

So, you're saying if I get a 10 iu vial of HCG I would put 1 cc of bac water for every 10 iu's? Normally I see 5000 iu's. So do you have to mix for every time you use? Or do you mix it all at once? Can you put the HCG mixed with the bac water back in the fridge to use later?
