i liked it but...i dont feel there is any more they can do with it in 2012 than in 95, or whenever it was made. Just cuz they CAN remake it and make it a little cooler, doesnt mean they should. Standards for remakes should be thus:
1. At least 20+ years have elepsed since the origanal
2. There is significant improvements that technology can offer, that lack of hindered them in the original.

They remake good movies over bad ones because they know the good ones already have a following and it will be easier to sell tickets. Then they produce a pile of crap, but they don't really care as long as they turned their profit. I don't get this new spiderman, it covers a lot of the same crap the recent spiderman covered, who's going to want that? and it looks like garbage.
