    we are doing the traditional spiral sliced ham, mashed potatos, green bean cassarole and other assorted veggies and multi grain rolls...and i might opt for the apple pie if im so inclined...

    Morning shake consisted of:
    1 cup egg whites
    100g oats
    1 scoop myofusion
    50g mixed berries
    100ml lite soy milk
    74gp/62gc/11gf 700 cals!!
    My new favorite breakfast


    .......... Oh and half an Easter egg!!!!!

    It has hormones/Estrogen in it that causes gyno. Worse than normal milk.

    You guys really think 100ml soy milk/day is gonna be harmful in any way? Wow...

    Anyway - Much like ghettoboyd i'll be doing the traditional (in my family at least) Ham Dinner with all the trimmings. We will start with trays of celery with cream cheese , olives , pickles, nuts and moms incredible deviled eggs and shrimp cocktail. Then the ham dinner. Dessert is an unknown but homemade pie of some kind is a safe bet.
    Ive been cutting hard at a 700 cal deficit, but today I will eat a bit of everything.

    Oh btw - Had a great morning when the 5 year old stepdaughter saw the Easter Bunny came. Nothing like the excitement of a child on holidays like this.

    I love rabbit, but will just take what ever the in-laws make today.
    Waiting to get Sexy4MySweetheart back home to southern Illinois so she an have some fried catfish and hopefully groundhog casa-role.

    Stuffed Flounder, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Southern Style Green Beans, Corn, Baked Beans, Deviled Eggs and Dinner rolls. For dessert my wife made my favorite, Chocolate Cake w/ Chocolate Frosting!

    And this will be my lunch for the next 3-4 days.

    grilled two rabbits and woman fried the other

    marinated in organic no salt seasoning
    minced garlic
    olive oil

    for two hours.

    then grilled for about 15 minutes or so. rabbit came out juicy and tender.

    mmmmm...............
