I have been using the Muscle and Strength's 4 Day Power Muscle Burn Workout Split. Now I really want to increase the size of my biceps along with the weight of my bench press. I do not really care about the rest too much but would like a adequate body. Is this workout a quality routine? Should I find a different routine that revolves better around upper body or should I add another bicep/chest day in. Thanks!
