i never would recomend it to anyone who hasent been working out steadily for atleast 2 years as well, i imagine it would really suck to tear connective tissue that wasnt ready for the load it was about to be put under but hey when i was 20 i woulda been like whatever so if you gotta juice start simple & small & feel it out everyone i knoe seem to recall there best n most memorable gains being there 1st cycle that was small . mine was 1british dragon anadrol-50 a day 5 days a week on the days i worked out n i lost 12lbs but put an inch on my arms & added 50lbs to my bench in just under 7 weeks on that straight arrow pattern wit no notable loss in strength or size it was great i was 24 i believe just be ready n take your time
