Hey guys I'm into my 7 week of a test e cycle and normally it's at this point (wk7) that I normally take a week off an change up routine either completely or change exercises on same routine of just progress them. But at week 4 had some big gains in strength and noticed I was finding it too easy an wasn't spent at the end of training sesh so progressed early ( added burnout set - 20 reps) on atleast 3 exercises per day.
Now I'm wondering being I'm on cycle whether I should take that week off whether I should change to a 5x5 training program or other ? And whether my 4 day split + kickboxing twice a week was enough being I'm recovering quicker an growing should I be doing more?? I'm 33 at 80-82kg 10-12% bf an been training in an off since I was 16. Diets not perfect but it's getting there Im getting no less than 3500 cal per day upto 5500 cal on a cheat day
