acne is caused by sebum increase in the skin. infection is caused by poor hygene, increasing hygene will aid acne which is basically pus/infection. go to your dr and get a script for an antibiotic if its bad.

Not poor hygene. It's heredity in my case and no amount or number of times helps and in some cases can make it worse. I agree that the antibiotic will help it is one you take ev day all year. If the op is like me this is frustrating as hell and you can become obsessive to it.
