LoL@ putting on 32 pounds of muscle and dropping 2% bodyfat in 8 months. While there is a lot of knowledge here in these forums, some of you guys are guillable. You really buy that he put on a pound of pure muscle a week AND burned bodyfat at the same time AND WITH A SHIT DIET?!?!?

You may have awesome genetics....I dont know, but what I do know is those stats are WAY OFF. Layne Norton ( a guy with a phd who has dedicated his life to lifting and nutrition) is a inch or 2 shorter than OP and weighs 217.
