First off name is Brock, been reading on the forums for some time now. I am 25 soon to be 26, 5'11 186 lbs. Been going to gym since last winter, 19 months or so.
I just started a cycle today and would love some opinions on it. I got Test 400 ( 100 mg Cypionate , 100 mg Enanthate , 200 mg Decanoate ), and 300mg Eq. I have 3 vials of each, so a total of 12000mg of test, and 9000 mg of EQ. Am looking to do a 12 week cycle, i have Clomid , and Nolva on hand if needed, and for my PCT which i will start 12 days after my last pin of Test.
I am wondering if i should pin EOD, or E3D's? my first pin today i did .6/.6 and for first 8 days plan on doing that EOD as a form of front loading ( seems soft but didnt want to over do it ) , I have been reading alot but just want a little guidance if possible.
Not Sure my BF, but i would believe it to be fairly low as the only place i have visible fat is my stomach when i sit down, am a hard gainer/lean body build. As for diet, well i work in a northern camp, so i have to eat what they make me, but i try to keep it as clean as possible. I eat 6 - 7 times a day, breakfast, break, lunch, break, supper, than at about 8 when i am hungry again. I also take 3 shakes ( Precision Big Time ) each has 96g of protien, 1230 Calories, and all the other small things they add. I take Strong Arm Vitimans, Fish oil capsules, and spinach capsules every morning as well as 10g of BCAA's. For last 3 months i have been doing Rest-Pause training on a 4 day split, and am going to stick that out through my cycle .
