its rec'd, proven n studies that anything longer is a waste of product--b/c you have to up the dose to see results. also your gains are going to come between weeks 3-8.

Not to hyjack but im confused as to why a standard long ester test like E would be getting better results by shortening the duration aid which the compound is in the body? Wouldn't 12 weeks be more realistic? If not send me that link and I read about it for myself.

10-12 weeks for long esters is better while prop is better for 8 weeks.

I believe Ronnie is referring to short esters and/or using the slingshot method. Test E & C don't fully kick in n show many results until week 5+.. Ronnie states that weeks 3-8 are priming gaining weeks, which pertains to short esters

If you only gained up to week 8 on all esters of AAS, long esters would be far inferior than prop.

Is he lacking about front loading ? If that was tha case your time on would still be 12 weeks
