    new member first cycle am i ready?

    ok guys just hoping to get some feedback looking at starting my very first cycle in about a weeks time hopefully done everything and have everything i need
    had bloodwork done a week ago everything looks good
    week 1-12 test e 500mg pinned 2x per week 250mg each mon and thurs
    week 1-4 dbol 20mg tabs everyday
    pct
    week 14-16 clomid 100mg everyday first week 50 mg everyday next 2 weeks
    week 14-16 nolvadex 20mg everyday

    this is all that im doing if i have left anything out or should change anything please let me know thankyou

    dont eat the exact same things everyday but the basic foods i eat are
    chicken tuna kangaroo egg whites protein shakes veggies sweet potato brown rice oatmeal nuts

    go to the nutrition section and DETAIL your everyday diet. Including your tdee and macros.

    im 24 current macros are 330g protein... 380g carbs... 50g fat... 55g fibre

    Agreed. I'm not saying I am ready to cycle - I don't plan on it until I'm twenty four or twenty five. But even I know what an AI is and, sadly, I probably know more than most people my age who decide to jump on the juice. It's really sad to be honest. I'm learning new things every day so hopefully by the time I am ready everything will be set and perfect in order to minimize the risks and increase the benefits.

    wow never meant to get such heated replys lol but ill tell you what i ate yesterday since today is just starting
    meal 1 eggy whites 500g oatmeal 100g
    meal 2 shake 50g protein brown rice 50g veggies
    meal 3 chicken 250g raw weight brown rich 150g
    meal 4 chicken 250g pasta 150g veggies
    meal 5 kangaroo 250g raw weight brown rice 100g nuts 30g
    meal 6 chicken 250g veggies

    Most people that take in that much protein get it from shakes which are a waste. 1 or 2 maybe but guys drinking them as meal replacement. Is crap.

    yer i usually only have 1.. 2 if i cant be stuffed cooking
    anyway im not planning on starting my cyc yet going to do some research on ai.. anything else you think i should read up on?

    Certain jobs dont allow alot of body-sculptors to eat 6-8 whole food meals a day. With these 110 degree days down here, I dont want to eat anything. A protein shake is about the only thing I can handle woring out in the heat. Weekends, I am all about whole food sources when I have the time to prepare some good eats.

    On a side note, I purchased a carton on all egg whites to mix into my protein shakes and add 4 eggs worth per 2 shakes, Equals out to roughly 3 protien meals that is considered whole food being egg whites. Just an idea I tried to get more whole foods in a little easier and faster.

    Id read all the stickies and educational threads I could if your gonna do it your age. The longer it takes to learn everything you can the better off you'll be. Even if you were 30, I'd say the same thing cuz its not wise to start injecting black market products or phrama grade for that
    matter in to your body if you don't have all the info you can.

    That's fine but just know that your not getting quality nutrients. Caloric intake wise yes. Quality protein, carbs, fats,..... No, you need to eat.

    thanks man will do.. im thinking i might hire a online coach as well better safe then sorry i guess

    Your gonna want to run an AI like arimidex at 0.5mg eod or .25 Ed starting 3rd week of your cycle. I would take 40 mg dbol everyday for your jump start.

    The ai keeps your estrogen level in check thus reducing unwanted sides like bloat and acne.

    As of right now with my schedule in this heat, I went from cooking 6oz chicken, 5 jumbo shrimp, 4 boiled eggs, almonds, PBholdtheJ and 2 shakes.
    Since the heat, at home 2 cups oatmeal, 4 scrammbled eggs, whole milk. couple hours out, 1-30 gr protien shake, few hours later 1 shake with egg whites included, protien bar and some almonds. I can eat cold rice and lentils, but not a huge fan of either cold. The good stuff happens post workout though!

    Gorilla, keep in mind this would be his first and it's more advisable to stick to 1 compound to see how your body handles it. I'd save the Dbol for your next. Plus I think it's wiser to start the adex at .25 eod a s to not kill your estrogen. Can alway increase. If needed.

    thanks for the info mate im guessing the anti estrogens that are sold in supplement shops arnt strong enough right?

    Why not? You did. I just stated an obvious that that guys daily intake was a chicen graveyard. I hate chicken after 1 piece that I cant even finish, unless rolled into a taco!

    Right. Check out ar-r. They are a sponsor and have quality. Liquidex is adex. Which is an AI.

    I did not take over his thread by jumping in and asking random food questions. That was you. I was giving my input as to how,why/why not, when etc he should cycle. After all that is what the op asked right.

    Papa I have one whey in the morning (along with egg whites and oats) and another post workout (along with a combination of dextrose and maltodextrin) and then a casein before bed. Is this too much in your opinion?

    First. Pls start your thread. Thss one is for a guy looking for cycle advise. Second. No. I don't thik it's to much. I like 1 am. 1 post w/o. And I like the casein before bed during bulking. But truthfully. IMO the casein is more $$ and not a huge benefit over regular whey.
