in all honesty you keep throwing the age around that is just a number?

my dad has been bodybuilding since the early 80's. my WHOLE FAMILY lives and breathes bodybuilding.

im not a blind man following anything. i have knowledge collected from research and insider Experience.

i clearly gave out safety precautions.

short esters are actually better first cycle. because if you do develop side effects, you can quit injected and side effects will decrease rather quickly (a week at the most.)

long esters..not so quick.
