Its pretty pricey but everyone praises it for the great bcaa content and lucine properties. I just don't want to be spending all the money on a product that has little to no increases in preformace, etc

i use it mainly for the electrolytes. it is only used as a supplement, you should be getting all the BCAA's you need thro whole foods and protein shakes in your diet.

I make my own intra using Gatorade powder and bcaa's much much cheaper and does the job for me. I buy both in bulk powders

It's a great tasting, sugar free option in my opinion. Not sure how one would really guage how well BCAAs work compared to others though...

I like it, Ive switched to Ultimate Nutrition BCAA 1200. It tastes great and has a better profile. I know what a lot of you guys are saying, I really can't tell any kind of real difference, but I'm hooked!
