In the video I was about 184 lbs. Right now I've cut to about 177.5 lbs. I'm 5'8" so it's a bit easier for me to get wider than the taller guys.

Judging from the video you seem to be well over 15%. I'd recommend you continue naturally and start cutting down to below 15%. This would gave you a base that will produce faster, harder and more visible results.
Once you get there, you can run a Test E only cycle (avoid stacking so you can see how you feel with Test, and in the future you can narrow down what causes sides for you)
Test E @ 500mg every week (pinned twice/week -- Mon-Thurs.) Weeks 1 to 12
You will need an AI (Aromitaze Inhibitor) - use Adex @ .25mg Every Other day, starting with your first injection to the last. Discontinue after last injection.
You will need to get your PCT chems (Post Cycle Therapy). Clomid and Nolva will be needed. Each number ahead represents the daily value for each week (week1/week2/week3/week4); clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20
PCT should be started 2 weeks after your last injection. Read up on HCG, that's an option to prevent testicular atrophy. If you choose to use HCG, run it during cycle, not PCT.
Good luck and please, seriously consider going to the nutrition section to fix your diet, they will help you maximize your gains and fat loss. Don't run this above 15% BF. It's a waste.
Thanks for the quality post. I wont by cycling anytime soon. I'll be natty for the next 2 years minimum so I'm just doing some early research.
My original question still stands, how permanent are gains from cycles if I discontinue after couple cycles?
That depends on your diet and training. You just have to be a soldier at the gym and in the kitchen. It also depends on the compounds you take. Some produce quality mass while others do not. So in short, if you're using quality gear, and you're a soldier, then gains can be permanent. But not 100% of your gains![]()
