I respectfully disagree with you. At this point, since both sides are saying they are right, at this point, please post a link to your reputable data source so we can all examine, and therefore reach, the same conclusion as you.
I've never heard of any aas that grows new muscle cells/tissue.
Oh, hypertrophy grows new tissue, but this only represents an increase in the size of the muscle cells, not the addition of new cells (hyperplasia).
I think Grind4it is just seeing hyperplasia and hypertrophy as the same thing, when they are very different under a microscope.
