Leg pain

First injection in my thigh, two days ago.... Now very swolen, hurts to touch. Not a constant pain but I can't walk or run on it? Please help.

pinning virgin muscle will be painful for a few days. try some paracetamol or NSAIDs for a few days if it really bad.
