Think it was sus250 and also another one with Prop-E
Week 1-4 - 20-30mg everyday D-bols
week 1-10 Sust (500mg/wk) -- 2ml/wk
week 4-8 Tren (250-300mg/wk)
Age: 28
Height: 173cm tall
Weight: 83kg
Bf% : About 10 to 15% (have not done a pinch test recently)
All I want to know is, am i reading that PCT plan right?
