I recommend you split it into two doses. Here's my reasoning; 1) clen is absorbed pretty fast so a high dose like 120mcg or 140mcg will make you shake like a leaf and you'll generally be really uncomfortable, 2) You want to maintain the high body metabolism as long as possible throughout the day. I take one dose as soon as I wake up and one at noon or thereabouts. Anything after noon, clen affects my sleep. 3) Clen increases you body metabolism up to 9% so your body's working pretty hard. I, personally, think spiking your clen all at once maybe hazardous to the health. 4) finally, I've always had good results and more manageable sides from splitting my dosage so I keep doing it.
