Cycle looks pretty good. I'd personally run tren higher if you wanted some better mass but it sounds like you are close enough to the end goal that 100-125 EOD should suffice. I'm running 450mg/wk and not seeing as much size as I expected but I'm tweaking my cycle now and dropping tren in favor of other mass enhancing compounds.
Your PCT is fine and the torem is a popular protocol, however, when it comes to torem, I usually advise a more conservative protocol of 90/60/60/30 due to the QT prolongation risks of torem. These risks are higher amoung those predisposed to cardiac events, with a history of familial cardiac conditions or individuals with elevated BP, hypercholestermia or hyperlipidemia - common artifacs from cycling gear in body builders. You are young enough however that I don't expect this to be a significant risk so the proposed torem should be safe enough.
