Grecian Formula for men

Well mates, ol' Roman here is thinking of maybe looking for a job. And to be honest, I'm about 80% gray. I know it's illegal to discrinimate based on age, but thinking if i could lose "some" of the gray, could improve my chances in the interview.

So I'd like to know if anyone has used this product, and what do you think?

TR, I recently was advising my father to take some of the early things out of his resume and to remove dates on it that would give away his age. I think that's more important than if you're sporting some grey.

I only go back to 1999. prior to that I was in a different career and is not relevent to the field i am in now.

As competitive as it is nowadays, Im looking for every advantage.

Im a very young 50 year old, and about 80% gray, evenly disbursed. when i get out of the shower and hair is still wet, still looks fairly brown. lightens up though as it dries. dying hair is what my buddy did. looks like crap. i want it to look natural. his doesn't. almost like shoe polish brown all the way through.

Have you looked at "Just For Men" to see if it is any different?

Yeah I knew you'd like that part. I mean who wants to go a whole week without washing your hair especially in the summer? That would be like bathing once a year. That's ok if you live alone and work there as well.

I didn't even start turning gray until mid forties. it was creeping along ok, but when i went overseas, it was like an instant additional ten percent overnight.

I have a buddy uses Redken Camo. It looks very natural. Although it needs to be done by a salon/professional.

Here's hoping it turns out just the way you like it. The price is right compared to salons doing it for you. And if you don't like it, I believe it will eventually wash out as long as you don't reapply it. You have nothing to lose but the grey. And hey you might end up looking 10 years younger with more babes hitting on you..

I tried my hand at this the other day. I mixed it up, put it on, and went in the kitchen. When I got back to the bathroom the stuff was bright blue!! I washed it off immediately, apparently I got the wrong shade. I read that it had a subtle blue tone to it but this was bright ass royal blue!! I think the other color had an auburn tone so maybe I'll try that next time.

Dont be afraid to do it yourself, just watch out for the redish look, I have done that a few times but I blame it on the sun. lol

TR I think you'll be happy with the Just for Men. But yeah, if it turns your hair orange or red, you could always Bic your scalp and go to the interviews que-ball bald.

Just for men but get the mustache and beard. Is in 2 tubes so you dont have to use it all at once and it lasts longer in the hair because facial hair is tougher to dye. F*ck im old.....
I actally just shaved my head cause im tired of the bs dying every month or so.

At your age, mate, I'd say it's time to call it quits. You know, back in the day, blokes your age that still had a shred of dignity, took off by themselves out into the woods, and then that would be the last we'd see of 'em.

yeah, but I'm thinking I may want to start looking for a "Jay-Oh-Bee" and would mean i would have to pass the interview process. yes, age discrimination is illegal, but anytime you interview for a 6 figure job, it is extremely competitive, and any advantage does help. Yes, it's a copout. I know this. But at 50 and 80 percent gray, then........

A goof stylist with the Redken Camo can make it look real, just have to keep getting it done or at least get the job then go back full gray!

I have used Grecian but didn't really find it any good. The product I use is Restoria and it is good .... use the cream only as it applies better and easier
