Nice job on the cut. Only way to know body fat % is hydrostatic weighing. Any easy way to do that is if you go to college, your athletics dept. probably has a dunk tank. Another option is skinfold tests...cheap and easy, but fairly unreliable. The reason I say that it's impossible to give you an accurate guess based on pictures, is that different people have different ratios of subcutaneous fat (under your skin) vs viceral fat (around your organs)
Examples of this would be:
High viceral fat, low subcutaneous fat: Large, extended belly, but you can see abs.
High subcutaneous fat, low viceral fat: Sub 10%, barely visible abs. Both are unusual, and most fall inbetween both categories somewhere, but the extremes ARE possible.
