    2 to 3 weeks isn't going to be enough rest if your shoulder is truly injured. It may feel good but it won't be completely healed and itll be more prone to injury. I'd stick to light weight for at least a month and a half. It's worth it, I fvcked up my shoulder and 3 weeks wasnt even close to enough

    agree. ligaments are slow to heal. slow to increase in strength. and slow to feel pain.

    YEp, i def need more time. Bicep and triceps i did yesterday with 15-20 rep range. Without a problem. But i tried doing 40lb db chest press(just to see if my shoulder can handle it to get blood flowing etc and i felt it in my shoulder a little for a few reps so i stopped imediately Which sucks because this is half of my

    My warmup weight. Used to warm up with 80s....


    Looks like ill be doing.

    Monday- biceps/triceps
    Tuesday-legs
    Wednesday rest
    Thursday abs.
    Friday- biceps/triceps
    Rest
    Rest


    Proboably until halloween...
    Damn this sucks.
