The sad reality is many of these younger guys will take the "I know best" attitude and learn the hard way. Lucky for them there are enough guys in this forum that would have enough compassion to help them out when things go wrong.

Unfortunately I still get agitated when they blow off the advice of our brain trust here that I really don't want to help them afterwards.
