I need to have this translated beacuse you lost me bro.The only thing I know for sure is your diet is off.Hit the diet section and get your diet in line before you cycle.And some reasearch would help.Good luck Bro![]()
NOw im trying to post my diet and its giving me that ANNOYING spam software message.
i can't seem to push my body anymore. i eat like a beast. Seriously, 7 egg white breakfast with chicken breast,
protein shake brunch, 2 chicken breast lunch with avocado, 2 bannanas and toast,
protein shake to drink forn second lunch ,
dinner is red meat with sweet potstoes, brown rice or eggs,
then my night cap is another shake.
I drink 2 watter bottles of milk intermittenly throughout the day milk AND a gallon of water everyday.
oh, and i snack on grapes or cherry tomatoes all day. Well, not all day, but when im hungry. Religiously, minus the actual holiday day, i stick to this. I don't drink except one a month, i sleep 8 hours and i have never touched narcotics At all.
and i've been on the diet i FINALLY was ble to post above for the last 6-7 months. I know know i was not eating nearly enough to see gains, not to mention my first 2 cycles of test were way underdosed ( my buddy gave me the gear as a bday present. i was stupid. trial and error man, trial and error)

from left to right since my first cycle. see i was way too thin, then a bit of bloat, then finally started realizing wtf i was doing. A bit of size, thank goodness.
Goal in lay mens terms ( everyone can attest it is the classic physique) big everywhere except the waist

OK - breathing... yeah, my 3 other cycles were just junk. Young and dumb, I only did 100mg test a week for 8 weeks both times ( my buddy said it was an extra 100mg on top of my already produced test and itd be plenty) so those were a waste and a bust. Luckily they were a bday present from him, so no money lost.
then the test/ tren ace was six weeks, but again, too low to see anything. N-E-Thing except what you see between picture 3 and 4.
SO - now u see why im finally talking to smarties (u guys) vs my idiot friend.
Im perfectly fine waiting as long as it takes to get the right system down with your guys help.
SO, for WAY FUTURE reference, how does that mock cycle i posted look?

You are lean, 8% might be pushing it though cause I see a little mor fat than that imo.
You really need to take this next year to live in the nutrition and workout sub forums. You need to eat more and increase cals to put on muscle mass. It looks to me like your gym routine could be better as well.
I really believe that if you follow this advise and put on a nice base over the next year you will be able to do a cycle that will not be awaste and a disapointment!
