Any test replacement will raise your estro because test will aromatize to estrogen so it is about replacing what you are missing without using too much. If you get the balance right your test will be in the mid to high normal range and estro should be in normal range or close amyhow. I use 100mg test once a week and .25mg adex once a week to keep estro in normal range other wise my estro will be slightly elevated with mild sides like some acne. I am also on inj rather than androgel but overall similar dose! At these doses for me anyway my nads still produce on there own amd my test levels are in the 1100 ng/dl range!

Good question. I do bloodwork every few weeks and on a 100mg/week dose it does not shut down my natty production which is obviously low to begin with. Thats why i am on TRT. My natty levels are 360ish and on trt in the 1100 range which is at the upper limits of Normal range . With this program my LH does not shut off! This the info i get with regular blood work! I have tried other doses amd if increase to letes say 200mg/wk my test levels only go up in the 1300 range and that does shut.my LH off completely!
