Sort your diet out, visit the nutrition forum for advice and have a read.
1. Go into a calorie deficit based off of your TDEE.
2. If you are drinking your PWO shake with carbs, get rid of it. Especially if those carb come from are dextrose, maltodextrin, or any type of fructose or lactose. Drink shakes with water.
3. You need to do LOTS of cardio. Preferably fasted cardio in the AM.

Sums it up. Try the guys in the nutrition section aslo. Post up the diet and macros and you and them can sort it out. Also drink plenty (1 gallon) water a day
i do interval running for 60 min every 2 days and it keeps me in shape and i burn a ton of calories...6.5mph for 5 min sprint at 12mph for 2min and just keep the cycle going
