    it doesn't work for me because my problem isn't an alignment problem or a disc problem. Technically, i have calcium deposits on my vertabrae that irritates the tissue, causing inflamation. An antiflamatory like aleve helps some.

    When I hang on to the pullup handle bars on the cable crossover machine. I can feel some back relief while dangling from the decompression of the spine. So maybe in my case inversion might help?
