It's really hard to say without your blood work. There are so many things that can contribute to fatigue (chronic or acute) and a comprehensive panel looking at several factors would be most appropriate. Low iron alone would be one variable but there are so many others that could be influencing your condition.

This may sound odd but it is relevant. Do you bruise easily? Any muscle or joint pain? What is your appetite like? Do you find you satiate (get full) quickly? Have you had any recent infections? How many times a year would you say you are ill (colds, flu, etc)?

I am planning on getting full BW done soon, feeling tired will give me a good excuse to go in and get it done.

I don't bruise easily. Muscle pain is fairly bad, but I have herniated l4/l5. I pulled my upper back and it hasn't been the same. But as far as random muscle pain? no. I have muscle twitches randomly all over my body. but it's little to none most of the time. Joint pain is 1/10, a sore wrist here and there or elbow from lifting to much volume. Appetite is great, I don't get full quicklyl. no recent infections. I almost never get sick. I get a stuffy nose and sinus maybe once a year, but goes away in a day or two.
