how many meals per day is not what i mean. what i mean is what does ur diet look like?total cals and macros? u running a deficit? do u know what ur maintenance cals are? if ur running a deficit where do u have it set? how much cardio u doing? what type of food sources r u using for protein, carbs, and fats? what kind of split r u running? when do u eat carbs in reference to ur workouts?
from ur answer it looks like u have no idea what ur diet looks like. it seems to me if cutting bodyfat were such a priority for u ud put it higher on ur priority list. IMO u should spend some time in the nutrition section dialing in ur diet. i think u will see the most significant results in the short term by reducing ur bf%.
once u have gotten leaner it would be a better time for running cycles similar to the one ur on now.
