Have been lifting for 3 decades, did gymnastics in grade school, then rugby when I lived in Aus x 3 years, came back and played fball and wrestling (4 yrs NCAA D3). Body fat was 3% hydrostatic at one point (was told it was unsafe level at the time).
Saw my future (and current) wife for the first time as I was going to the gym at Med School.
5 kids and 17 years later was coaching son's football team and arm tackled the runner as (the pulling guard missed his assignment) so was trying to teach them the consequence ... and completely ruptured my distal bicep tendon. Note to self: Dumbass move!
Had it repaired 5d later. Now I am one small piece of grade V titanium closer to my goal of being the terminator!
Stumbled on the studies on HGH for wound healing which indirectly led to this site.
I am going to do HGH to recover, thinking 12 months. Also considering AAS and am impressed with the endocrinology knowledge on this forum.
I do have many patients on FDA-approved testosterone replacement.
The off-label application of banned and legal medications are intriguing.
Personally, I started creatine after college and my bench went up 50 lbs... 385lbs no cheat at body weight of 180lbs
Have not been there power-wise since starting a family but still regularly lift.
My recent DBT rupture has me thinking of hormonal augmentation!
Anyway, hope to contribute!
