depends on what your trying to do and your cycle experience... For a first cycle trying to cut I would say all you need is 300mg a week plus maybe some EQ... I'm running 400mg a week for 10 weeks for my first cycle.
I usually stay around 500mg but if I'm doing prop or suspension it's at least 700mg. I try to use low doses and rely on training & diet.
It seems that 1000mg + is getting to be the norm with guys around here. I know 3 guys right now that are running 1250mgs weekly. They compete and are fairly large guys (220lbs +) but that seems to be the average. I have ran doses that high but at 700mgs I think I responded just as good. The cycles were differnt so its not comparing apples to apples so to speak.
No more than 500/week...

500 mg enanthate weekly for me. Probably 750 a week for my next cycle in January.
