    TUDCA, Zinc, and Magnesium question!

First... question for liver protectors. TUDCA by Nutraplanet (off Nutraplanet website). That is great for countering AAS orals like Anavar, right?

    Second: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/n...-120-caps.html
Is this the magnesium I want in my body to help build muscle? I read and read but nothing directly comparing this product and pure magnesium in a bottle. Austinite corrupted my mind and now i'm obsessed with getting my body everything it can to grow. So i'm looking to get Zinc and Magnesium products. But this link is a blend of Potassium and Magnesium. Both essential to the body. But i'm not sure if the synthetic part (the aspartate i'm pretty sure is synthetic) turns them into a different supplement compared to being just magnesium and potassium together.

Is this different than "zinc"? Looking to pick up a few bottles of this as well.

One thing I know is tudca is the best choice for liver repair, especially if using orals. I'm not sure what source or brand of it is best

Tudca is expensive and hard to find in stock,, for me at least, but is very backed up in trials and journals, it's what you NEED, not just should get, if taking methylated compounds

TUDCA is the same as UDCA is it not? If so, its widely available on the net.

Atomini has a great thread about Magnesium - do a quick search.

And you question about Zinc is answered in the thread you have provided. "Zinc Picolinate is formed by the bonding of Zinc with Picolinic Acid. This special form of Zinc has been used because it is better absorbed than many other forms."

^ the T in TUDCA stands for Taurine, which is the difference.

I prefer NAC over anything else.

Be sure to give yourself a break from zinc once in a while.

^^ Thanks. I knew they were similar. I currently have, and use, UDCA.

Question: Do you think there is enough Taurine in a daily dose of TUDCA to provide relief from chest/back pumps? Chest and back are the only two areas that im feeling the pumps severe enough to be uncomfortable. So, ive been taking Taurine for relief.

Do you know how much Taurine is in a 500mg dose of tudca? I just used udca from AR-R and supplemented Taurine pre workout. This got rid of the pumps for me at around 2-3 grams.

Not at all. You'd need 3 to 5 grams of Taurine.
