Clen/Ephedrine at my age

Hey guys-

So, wanted to make a fresh start/thread and ask about Clen/Ephedrine. I understand and agree that I should not be using AAS at this time, however I have a very good connect for everything, so although frustrating, I am going to take y'all's advice and wait. However, in the meantime while losing weight, I've heard wonders from the above supplements. I know NOT to use T3 don't worry. No hormones/AAS for me. However, I have the above readily available from my source and wanted your thoughts?

I'm not going to comment on whether it not you should run Clenbuterol as I have no knowledge on the compound, nor do I intend to.

If the other knowledgeable say it's a good idea then I would definitely use Ar-r.com or purchasepeptides.com for your supplies. if your fat and wna loose it mate buy some stuff called oxy elite pro. alot better for weight loss. i used that instead of gear to rip down last year and lost about a stone in 4weeks. only thing is you cnt have any more caffeine with it as its got like 1000mg or something or more ineach tablet.

dont put your self at risk straight off, save that for the real gear buddy.

Yes, RUI and Ar-r are the same company I believe. I don't personally use them anymore bur it's good stuff and they're currently having a 20% sale along with constant other sales. Take advantage of a great offer.

Also... No other thoughts on the GS/BP labs and pharma? I have another that has a hookup for DP (think skyrim)... Heard great things about them too. Any thoughts?

Why?

Side effects, and the lack of research on humans as far as permantent heart damage. The stuff doesnt have the same "feeling" as most stimulants(coffee, ephed, caffine, amphets, etc). You cant "feel" it at all. It makes your heart POUND and I my heart beat has woke my wife up at night. I can see my heart beat through my chest and stomach. It is thought to permanantly alter the walls of the left ventricle of the heart as well as hardening of the artieries(several threads on this). I feel safer running ephederine, as it is used for humans, not chickens or pigs like clen. Everyone is different, and many people use clen. For me, the risk outweights the reward, especially when you can get the same results by diet and cardio. Sure, it will take longer, but you are improving your heart and not damaging it. If I had the choice, I would try GW, as Tdogg said. But as far as anything else, ECA all the way.

Fat loss and increased endurance. Its pretty fast acting.

And no you cant decrease fast twitch fiber muscles,"dumb myth".

IMO u should be in the nutrition section getting ur diet ironed out. depending how fat u are (sorry ) u may do just fine with a relatively low carb diet with a decnt deficit. i personally would not run a strait keto diet and would also not start with keto. good low carb diet with decent deficit plus a planned refeed + cardio and good weight lifting routine will get u going and be a lot healthier than a high fat zero carb keto IMO..

oh and IMO u dont need eca or clen either.. especially rite now. u wanna start simple man. eca and carb cycles/keto is stuff u do when u hit a plateau..
