A liquid oral is not sterile, nor is it clean.... You would need to filter in with a 0.22 filter and then autoclave it in a pressure cooker to be safe...

I think he means he is drinking the injectable. That's the only way I could think that he mixed it into a vial. In that case, he would be fine.
