    why not both? say 60% e and 40% p or something to that effect? I personally love Propionate.

    This isn't a milkshake?? You either choose a long ester or a short one. Not both together otherwise bloods will be up and down like a whores pants on a sat night.

    How would that happen? Then again I live in Thailand so up and down with the whores pants are probably a different story here!! LOL!!

    Oh... Maybe you mean if you were to shoot both esters on say Monday and Thursday. I do the E twice a week and the Prop or Ace ed. I've been doing this for years and I can tell you there's not a thing wrong with it, blood levels or in any other way...

    His reference was 60/40. I agree with the protocol you layed out.
