I recommend you hit up the diet section AND NOT RUN ANY MORE CYCLES. At least not for a long time. What you should do is tomorrow write down from the minute you wake up to the second you go to bed, everything you eat for the day, when you eat it, what the portions are of what you eat and what the calories, carbs, sugars, proteins and fats are of each item. Then post this in the diet section here and then people will give you solid advice on what you're doing wrong in the kitchen. As far as training goes, you can post your exact training regimen for the last week in here and we can help you with that too.
What exactly are your goals from training? It's important to write out your long term goal and then divide it among achievable short term goals. Otherwise it's really difficult to get results when you don't have and idea of what you want and what you have to do.
