Hulk...I will 100% promise your lack of change is diet and routine related. IMO EOD training is not enough. It averages to 3.5 days a week in the gym.
Your BF% is a bit high and will increase AAS risks and side effects.
How about laying out a full nutrition plan in our nutrition sub forum and seeing if we can get you to a safer BF% natty before considering AAS. This will assure you both a safe and more effective cycle!
