Hi, I've just realized that I have been posting like crazy and no one knows who I am, so I though I'd introduce myself. My stats are as follows:
Height: 6 2
Weight: 235
Age: 23
Body fat: 12%
I've only been training steady for about a year, but I've lifted and eaten like a bodybuilder from day one. My diet consist mostly of 5-8 ounces of lean steak, chicken or fish eaten every two-three hours with rice or veggies. Eggs with oatmeal or a protien shake for breakfast depending on how late I am for work. I'm only a couple weeks into my second cycle of dbol at 50mg a day test e 500/w and will be throwing in deca at 250/w in about a week. First cycle was straight test e at 500/w for ten weeks with pct. I've been following about four different forums similar to this one for about 6 months but I've only posted on this one. I'm here to learn and help the few that know less than me so please know that any advice I give is trial and error and feel free to correct me when I'm wrong. I look forward to learning a lot from you guys.
