    I realize you are not cutting the comment was directed at the op and that is the whole idea of running highs and lows for 8 weeks. At the 8 week mark you would change things again so your body doesn't get used to the caloric intake. Did you read the posts?

    Not sure if you realized this but I am the OP...either way though the point is moot as Lunk (as always) cleared up my confusion for me.

    My bad just keep in mind if you are cutting the idea is to cut for a certain period of time. If you need piece of mind cutting then have 2 cheat meals a week. It will make the food taste better since you are not getting it as often anyway LOL. If you are bulking and you need a cheat day go for it.

    It's all good man I'm just a big dummy sometimes. I also find that occasionally when I delve into something for more advanced knowledge I end up forgetting some of the basics.....
