Hi kelkel thank you for your quick response,
Iv had 5 testosterone tests done and the highest came back at 325 which was at 8am in the morning with a range of 100-700. The other testosterone test which is at the top is 266 and the rang is 350-1200. The other results were 222 and 275. From what my doctor says they have narrowed it down to either a congenital or genetic cause. A bit of background info, i had 2 mri's of the head done , one with injection and one without. I have had a testicular ultrasound done, a chest xray, a chest ultra sound , a parathyroid ultrasound, a 24-hour urine analysis and more blood and urine tests that i would like to count all in a effort to find the cause of the low testosterone. My Endo ordered a sperm count but i was unable to complete it due to my body not working properly.I wanted to avoid trt too because of my age but looks like i dont really have a choice :/.

I would like to point out that you do have a choice. TRT is not a life saving treatment. You won't die directly from low testosterone.

Have you done anything to bring your testosterone up naturally? Have your doctors talked about that to you at all?

Yes you are young, but that's both good and bad. If you gave me a young man or an old man and told me one of them has to bring up their testosterone, id put my money on the youthful one.

Dr Marc Gordon is one of the best in the field. I would go to him before without a second thought. Note, I am not a patient of his, but he is very highly regarded.
