That is true, i'm not saying that you should get all your fat from lard and trans fats nor protein from shakes or pretzels. As you can see my log I have 3 chicken breasts a day AVG and fish and beans etc etc. You must remember protein whey/shakes come from MILK and you can't tell me that taking 2-3 protein shakes a day when I have all sorts of other AA's from cottage cheese chicken beans and other sources that its going to hender composition.
